All core Chronoflux calculations run on your device. Grok Construe is optional and only fills blank σ / Iτ / Jμ / ω fields — never overwrites what you typed.

Evolve embeds an optional Perccent wallet
(PERC) on the Chronoflux Principia chain.
The ledger lives on your device; an internet seed node anchors consensus and serves the public explorer.
Transfers are continuity settled — one main-chain confirmation fully settles PERC under Chronoflux Principia TIME.
Perccent is additive. The Shear (SHE) coin and suite remain unchanged. PERC is a separate Chronoflux Principia rewards layer for Evolve scenario work — not a successor to SHE.
